90-minutes or 60-minute Yoga Sport Class

A 57-or 43-postures dynamic yoga class practiced with or without heat including one inversion (shoulder stand) and a couple of lifts. This class is suitable for all levels and covers all aspects of the spine: forward bends, backward bends, tractions, and twists. Ideally to be added to the studio schedules daily.

Yoga Sport Skill Class

Four types of body conditioning class consisting of body opening exercises, movement drills, postures and their variations focusing every day on a different specific skill.
