Yoga Sport Week Camp consists of seven 90-minute yoga sport classes (Friday night, and Saturday-Thursday morning). Four 4-hour session (Saturday-Thursday) on body opening exercises and drills on hips, spine, lift and inversion postures, and two 4-hour sessions on creating competition routines. This program can also focus on one specific posture group only, or according to the needs of the local studio/school.
